An Evening at the Farm — Yellowstone’s End-of-Summer Harvest Dinner Nestled just outside Yellowstone National Park, this one-night-only dinner celebrates Montana’s late-summer bounty in true farm-to-table fashion.
Guests will enjoy a four-course menu built entirely from local ingredients—seasonal produce freshly harvested from the farm and Montana-raised bison, prepared with elegance and care. Before the meal begins, guests will have the rare opportunity to walk the fields and hand-pick select produce from the garden, which will then be woven into the evening’s courses. As the sun sets over the Yellowstone peaks, you’ll wine, dine, and take in sweeping views while experiencing the beauty of food truly connected to place.
The evening is crafted by Chef Eric Gunn—formerly Head Chef at Bodhi Farms, who has cooked for Michelin-level chefs and James Beard contenders. Bringing fine dining to the farm, he creates an authentic Montana experience where rustic charm meets elevated cuisine. This is more than a dinner—it’s a celebration of the harvest, the land, and the unforgettable flavors of Montana.
